Find out about the accommodation and facilities provided UNIShare will pay your utility bills at no extra cost to you Your rent includes telephone and broadband connections, and local phone calls UNIShare will clean the common areas every two weeks (but residents will have to keep the house tidy in between) UNIShare will maintain the property to ensure residents' comfort and security. This includes taking care of the garden. Residents are requested to contact the Landlord if they notice any maintenance issues, inside the house or outside, requiring urgent attention between scheduled visits.
