UNIShare's third share house opened in July 2009, offering space and style which has proven popular with our residents. UNIShare's newest share house is located on North East Road in Hillcrest, only 8 kms from the city, and 15 minutes from North Terrace university campuses by bus. UNIShare Hillcrest's convenient access to city campuses provides a perfect complement to our Mawson Lakes and Pooraka homes, which are both within walking distance of the Mawson Lakes campus of UniSA. All three homes are of similar high standard - large, fully furnished modern houses with two bathrooms, generous living areas, and ducted heating and cooling systems for comfortable living. The Pooraka and Hillcrest homes were built in 1992 and 1999 as showpieces in residential accommodation, being utilised for their first 5 years as builder's display homes. The Mawson Lakes home was built in 2004. Our expansion allows UNIShare to offer students a choice of three great locations, offering excellent access to all of Adelaide's northern university and TAFE campuses.
